Prior to placing a deposit you will be required to sign a non-refundable contract, stating that you understand that once funds are given to Trailer Mart Inc, a refund will not be given under any circumstances, without explicit permission and approval from the owners. This applies to any and all purchases made at Trailer Mart Inc.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND/OR LIEN HOLDER TO CONTACT TRAILER MART INC AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE IF A LIEN HOLDER IS TO BE LISTED ON THE TITLE AND IF THE TITLE IS TO BE MAILED TO THE LIEN HOLDER OR GIVEN DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER. TITLES WILL BE MAILED TO THE LIEN HOLDER OR CUSTOMER AFTER THE TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE AND FUNDED. AFTER RECEIVING YOUR TITLE HAS BEEN MAILED IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET A DUPLICATE TITLE IF YOUR TITLE IS LOST (TRAILER MART INC DOES NOT PROVIDE DUPLICATE OR LOST TITLES.)
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the condition and existence of equipment on any listed unit. Trailer Mart Inc is not responsible for discrepancies, misprints, omissions, or changes to listed equipment related to or described on advertised units. All Sales Are Final with no cooling off period in accordance with the laws in the State of Tennessee. Pricing subject to change without notice.
